Phillies season is finished. Sadly, i think they can actually be good next year. That is if they lose some of the dead weight in payroll (Lieby, Wolf, Burrell, Thome etc.) They have to sign wagner back (which i dont think they will and he will go to the Mets), they have to get rid of Thome, and first, get rid of Wade.

This is the end of Baseball talk because it is Eagles and Flyers season now. This conversation is OVER!

As for football, this is how crazy the sport is. The following are the division leaders after 4 weeks:

Miami Dolphins
Cincinnati Bengals
Indianapolis Colts
Denver Broncos
Washington Redskins
Chicago Bears & Lions (Both at 1-2)
Tampa Bay Bucs
Seattle Seahawks

Three of these teams had a top 5 pick in the draft, which means they were among the 5 worst teams last year, and 5 of these teams had a top 10 pick. This just shows how diverse and exciting the NFL is. Compared to baseball which i believe there is a team that has won the division since i was 10, and another that is in the postseason every year, and it isn't fun when only 3-4 teams have a chance to win.

Eagles and flyers both have great teams, and I can't wait to see what happens.
